Returns and Refunds

  • Custom Items: Due to the custom nature of jersey framing, all sales on custom orders are final and cannot be returned unless there is a material defect in workmanship or the item was damaged in transit.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Please retain all original packaging for insurance claim purposes.

  • Cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled prior to the commencement of the framing process. Once work has begun, cancellations may not be possible or may be subject to a restocking/labor fee.
