3. Products and Services

We specialize in jersey framing and related display products.

  • Product Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Please note that the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.

  • Custom Orders: Many of our services involve custom framing. By submitting an order, you verify that all specifications provided (dimensions, colors, etc.) are correct.

4. Ordering and Payment Process

We do not process payments directly through a website checkout cart. Our ordering process is as follows:

  1. Quotes: You may request a quote via our contact forms, email, or phone. A quote is an estimate and not a binding contract until confirmed.

  2. Invoicing & Payment:

    • Corporate/Company Customers: May be invoiced according to agreed-upon terms.

    • Individual Customers: Payments can be made via PayPal or by Credit Card over the phone.

  3. Payment Security: Do not submit credit card information via email or our website contact forms. We will collect this information securely over the phone or via a secure third-party invoice link (e.g., PayPal).

  4. Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase or errors in product or pricing information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Territory: We ship to addresses within the United States only.

  • Carriers: We utilize third-party carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS).

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • Timelines: Shipping dates provided are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.).

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Custom Items: Due to the custom nature of jersey framing, all sales on custom orders are final and cannot be returned unless there is a material defect in workmanship or the item was damaged in transit. Contact us if you have a request for a refund or repair.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Please retain all original packaging for insurance claim purposes.

  • Cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled prior to the commencement of the framing process. Once work has begun, cancellations may not be possible or may be subject to a restocking/labor fee.

7. Intellectual Property

The content regarding our services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of uniquejerseyframe.com and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Website without express written permission from us.

8. Limitation of Liability
